About Me

Hello, I’m Ruby. I am a UK born qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor (Level 7 PGDiploma Integrative Psychotherapy) in advanced training towards a MSc Integrative Psychotherapy.
As a woman of South Asian heritage, I understand that our identities, family experiences, cultural expectations, and life experiences can shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. While this perspective informs my work, I welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures, faiths, genders and identities.
My approach is warm, non-judgmental, confidential and thoughtful. It is grounded in creating a relationship where you can explore life’s challenges at your own pace and genuinely feel seen and heard.
